REALTY INVESTMENT ADVISORS' service is to research, advise, originate, negotiate, sell and lease commercial office and retail real estate, multi-family and mixed-use building projects, and land, for governments, institutions, trusts, developers, builders, landlords, tenants, and individuals, and to always implement our strategy with a standard of excellence.

REALTY INVESTMENT ADVISORS PRIVATE BROKERAGE sells and leases premium residential single family, town homes, condominiums, and apartments.  We work with exclusive and discerning buyers and sellers, passionately focusing on our clientele's aspirations.


Our mission is to provide an ecosystem platform for a network of independent Agents and Brokers that is a driving force to allow them to be liberated from the constraints of the traditional corporate brokerage structures, and to provoke them to collaborate on transactions and business.  RIA was formed in response to the technology driven cultural changes of our time.

REALTY INVESTMENT ADVISORS, and its affiliate, REALTY INVESTMENT ADVISORS PRIVATE BROKERAGE, provide Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage Services in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, including Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. 

Licensed Agents and Brokers within our organization, are licensed to practice either (or both) Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and/or Residential Home Real Estate Brokerage.  Licenses are held on a state-by-state basis, within each entity, and a license held in one jurisdiction, and under one entity does not suggest or presume that it encompasses any other.  The entities are completely separate and distinct organizations, each with its own unique compensation and fee structure.  The affiliation between the entities is strictly for a corporate technology based co-ordination and assimilation that is distinct from the practice of real estate brokerage, yet of a truly symbiotic corporate nature.
